The heat, the thirst make the water bottle a must-have accessory in our bags. Often, however, it can also be uncomfortable, which is why the Bulgarian architect Peter Zaharinov of DiFold startup has thought of a solution, a durable, ecological but above all foldable water bottle, Origami Bottle.
The product is made of modelling thermoplastic polymers, Arnitel, free of BPA and other plastic toxins. In fact, the water bottle is odourless, completely recyclable, and has a specialty, that of being foldable, reducing from 21 centimetres to 5.5 centimetres.
Its exterior is roughened to make it easy to grip, its interior is smoother to make it easier to clean. Although the Origami Bottle is foldable and may seem delicate, it has a stainless steel cap and the recyclable material of which it is made makes it compact and resistant. In fact, the architect declares that the water bottle can easily last five years even with daily use. Another no less important feature is the possibility to be washed in the dishwasher. Available in 3 colors, blue, pink and green, it is on sale for 28 euros and has collected down more than 120 thousand euros.
