IP Law Summit 2026 to Explore the Future of IP Protection, Innovation and Commercial Value Orlando, Florida, USA

The IP Law Summit 2026, hosted by Marcus Evans, will gather senior intellectual property counsel on 10 to 11 December 2026 at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando in Florida to discuss IP protection, AI challenges and commercial value.

The IP Law Summit 2026, hosted by Marcus Evans, will take place on 10 to 11 December 2026 at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida. The invitation-only Summit will bring together senior intellectual property counsel and relevant solution providers for two days of expert insight, practical discussion and curated one-to-one meetings focused on the evolving priorities of IP teams.

As artificial intelligence accelerates innovation and digital channels create new challenges for protecting brands and proprietary assets, organisations must continually reassess how they safeguard and maximise the value of their intellectual property. The Summit will explore how IP leaders can strengthen portfolio strategies, manage infringement risks and align IP protection with wider commercial objectives.

The programme will address brand protection in a digital world; AI as an IP game changer; future-ready patent strategy; protecting critical IP assets; the next generation of IP leadership; and unlocking IP value. Through expert presentations, practical case studies and interactive sessions, attendees will examine approaches to managing emerging technologies, protecting trade secrets and confidential information, and developing more commercially effective IP portfolios.

For delegates, the Summit offers a setting to exchange experiences with fellow IP professionals and consider practical approaches to the challenges facing their organisations. For sponsors and solution providers, it provides a platform to engage with IP counsel and discuss how their expertise may support current priorities. Scheduled one-to-one meetings help connect providers with relevant executives, complementing the thought leadership and networking opportunities throughout the programme.

By bringing together specialist IP insight and direct engagement between legal leaders and relevant providers, the IP Law Summit aims to support stronger IP strategies, informed decision-making and valuable professional connections across the intellectual property sector.
