A blog post by Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President of Project xCloud Kareem Choudhry yesterday revealed more details about the arrival of cloud gaming within Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in September. Here are the main news:
- The service will include cloud gaming (beta) at no additional cost from September 15;
- There are 22 countries in which it will be accessible from launch day, including Italy;
- From September 15, it will be possible to play over 100 great titles through cloud gaming, including Destiny 2, Yakuza Kiwami 2, Grounded, Tell me Why, Gears 5, Minecraft Dungeons and much more.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: New Products Coming Soon in September
Players can try the service for the first month for only 1€. In addition to cloud gaming, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offers access to a library of over 100 high-quality console and PC titles, exclusive discounts, offers and benefits for subscribers, and includes Xbox Live Gold, for playing online with friends on multiple devices. Making cloud gaming accessible is part of Xbox’s strategy, which puts the player at the center and wants to remove all barriers to access the gaming experience. Xbox Game Pass allows people to discover and play the best titles from different devices. More news will be unveiled today by Samsung at the Samsung Unpacked event.
