Made by a Chilean company, Solubag is the innovative biodegradable bag that will be presented in October at Makerfaire in Rome. It promises to be a revolution capable of counteracting the devastating effects of plastic on the ecosystem.
There is no more topical issue of climate change, and the fight against plastic is punctually brought into play. Praiseworthy initiatives have been taken, such as the European ban on disposable plastics from 2021, but only one of the isolated cases remains. - 104 million tonnes lost to the environment by 2030

A solution seems to come from Chile. It’s called Solubag, and it’s a common bag with completely innovative features. Not only is it strong and resistant, but it is 100% sustainable because its production process does not involve the use of fossil fuels. The great novelty is its internal composition that degrades in water in a natural way, without releasing substances harmful to the ecosystem.
