The annual appointment with EUROINVENT – European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation, one of Europe’s leading trade fairs dedicated to research, invention and creativity, is back. The 2025 edition will be held from 8 to 10 May in Iași, Romania, and will bring together hundreds of innovators from all over the world.
Who can participate
EUROINVENT welcomes a wide range of participants:
- Individual inventors
- Universities and research institutes
- Innovative start-ups and SMEs
- High schools and technical centres
- Public and private organisations

The form allows the entry of the participant’s data and details of the project(s) to be presented. It is possible to participate either in person, with a physical stand, or online, through a digital presentation.
Modalities and participation fees
Physical participation: includes exhibition space, inclusion in the official catalogue, evaluation of the project and the possibility of winning medals or special prizes.
Online participation: allows you to submit your project remotely, with jury evaluation and sending of the certificate by digital or postal mail.
Costs vary depending on the number of projects entered and the mode chosen, with discounts for students and academic institutions.
Deadline for registration
The deadline for registration is 15 April 2025, unless closed early due to reaching the maximum number of exhibitors.

All projects will be reviewed by an international jury. Up for grabs:
