Open Invention Network (OIN), the largest patent non-aggression community in history, and Baidu, the largest Chinese language search engine and one of the leading artificial intelligence (AI) companies in the world, announced today that Baidu has joined as a community member. According to the Patent Protection Association of China, Baidu held 5,712 AI patents in 2019, the most in China.
