At IYIA and WINTEX – The Young Innovators will
gathered in Jakarta from 9-12 October 2019.
Jakarta – Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA), is an association that concerns in the development and promotion of innovation in Indonesia. INNOPA will conduct an International competition and exhibition namely International Young Inventors Award (IYIA) and World Invention Technology Expo (WINTEX) at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Jakarta which will be held on 9-12
October 2019.
Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion
Association (INNOPA) is the organizer of IYIA and WINTEX. It has been 6th times INNOPA holds IYIA and every year there always a great success. Last year, the 5th IYIA was held in Bali with more than 300 inventions presented and the 2nd WINTEX had more than 100 projects registered. This year, we predict that there will be more than 400 inventions.
IYIA and WINTEX 2019 will be supported by the Ministry of Research and Technology Indonesia,
Ministry of Education Indonesia, Ministry of Law and Human Rights Indonesia, Directorate General of Intellectual Property Indonesia, World Intellectual.
Property Office (WIPO), IGE IPI, Swiss Contact Foundation, International Federation of Inventors Association (IFIA), World Invention and Intellectual
Property Association (WIIPA), and also The Patent Magazine as International Media Partner.
Beside the exhibition, this four-day event will also provide another interesting and beneficial activities for the inventors such as competition, IP Academy, Innovation Talk, Inspirational Stage, and Cultural Show. This is a great opportunity for talented young innovators or scientists to share creative ideas among one another and also provide an excellent exposure of invention and technological advancements in various
sectors.
The IYIA and WINTEX will also provide an excellent opportunity to tighten our relationship and will give participants chances to explore a peaceful and friendly country in Wonderful Indonesia, especially Jakarta. In
addition, Jakarta is the capital city of the Republic of. Indonesia with a huge, sprawling metropolis, home to over 10 million people with diverse ethnic group background from all over Indonesia. Located on the northwest of Java Island, the province of Jakarta has rapidly expanded through the years, absorbing many villages in the process.
