From January 11 to 14, CES 2021 is back: the most important event dedicated to innovation and new technologies will take place entirely in digital format.
The appointment with the most famous and glamorous world event dedicated to technology and innovation is back. From 11 to 14 January 2021, CES 2021, the Las Vegas trade show organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), will take place. Due to restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus, the event will be held entirely digitally. The new format will connect exhibitors, inventors, startups, influencers and tech enthusiasts. “In the midst of the pandemic and growing global health concerns about the spread of COVID-19, bringing tens of thousands of people together safely in Las Vegas is not an option,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO of CTA. “Technology has helped us work through the pandemic and will also help us bring our community together. With our all-digital platform, we can offer a unique experience that helps our exhibitors connect with existing and new audiences. CES 2021 will be a new immersive experience where attendees will have a front row seat to discover and see the latest technologies.”

January 11-14, CES 2021 returns
CES 2021 will take place online January 11-14, 2021. By accessing the website www.ces.tech.it (and purchasing an entrance ticket that costs 149 euros) all technology enthusiasts will be able to experience a rich virtual program of conferences, presentations and meetings. The main theme of the 2021 edition will be 5G (we have already talked about it here) and there will be meetings and presentations from major technology companies such as Samsung, Sony, LG, AMD and Microsoft. The three days will be enriched by the presence of distinguished guests such as Microsoft President Brad Smith, Bridget Karlin (Global Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer and VicePresident of IBM), Ann Sarnoff (President and CEO of Warner Studios) and the New York Times journalist Thomas L. Friedman. But the real guest star of the event will be Billie Eilish. The Los Angeles-based pop star will perform in concert on January 12 on CES’ digital platform and the next day will participate, along with Dua Lipa, in a panel presented by Ryan Seacrest.
For more than 50 years, CES has been the global stage for innovation. CTA’s goal for CES 2021 is to provide an engaging platform for companies large and small to launch products, build brands and form partnerships, while prioritizing health and safety. Members of the technology community thrive on meeting, sharing ideas and introducing products that will shape our future.
